Andaman
waters are suitable for adventure water sports like scuba diving, skiing, sailing, para sailing, wind surfing, snorkeling etc. Trekking through the dense evergreen forests and island camping in beach front forests are the other adventure activities. Snorkeling
One can enjoy the under-water marine life and view the rarest varieties of corals by snorkeling in the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park, Carbyn's Cove Tourism Complex, Havelock and other islands on all days from dawn to dusk depending on the weather.

Scuba Diving
Diving in Andaman waters offer a fascinating world of under-water marine life, varieties of colourful fishes, rarest of the coral reefs in the world, mysterious remains of sunken ships etc. All these can be explored through SCUBA diving.

The best and most approachable is the Port Blair Underwater Diver Center in the South Andamans that offers an internationally recognized PADI affiliated Open Water Diver Certificate course.

Lakshadweep also has its fair share of scuba diving schools - the best known is the Poseidon Neptune School. In Lakshwadeep you can also try windsurfing, parasailing, water-skiing, snorkeling and deep-sea fishing.
